A leading healthcare organization in Illinois is looking to expand its primary care team in this beautiful suburban community in central Illinois
Position Highlights:
• Collegial team of 40 primary care physicians eager to welcome you and provide mentorship
• Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, scribing, and after-hours calls
• 4-day work week with flexible scheduling options to build your dream schedule
• Practicing physicians and 2026 and 2027 Family Medicine residents are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary starting at $292,900+ additional earning potential from wRVUs + ~$14,500 in annual quality bonuses = $307,000+ earnings year 1
• $210,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
• Comprehensive benefits including annual CME allowance, student loan forgiveness, retirement plans with matching, and more
