About the Group A rural, critical-access hospital located in scenic Goldendale, Washington only two hours from Portland along the breathtaking Columbia River Gorge. Group offers emergency and acute inpatient care and a full scope of ancillary services including general surgery, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, respiratory therapy, PT / OT, Home Health and Hospice. The hospital also owns a busy, well-established primary clinic that is located on hospital campus. Inpatient care is managed by 24/7 Hospitalist staff. The care team of approximately 300 staff consider it an honor to offer high quality healthcare to our friends, family and neighbors. Benefits: Competitive base salary with productivity incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including M/D/V/Rx, Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Retirement, Paid Time Off, CME and Malpractice Insurance. $15,000.00 sign on bonus and Relocation Assistance available. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy with an active/current license to practice medicine in Washington State required. Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice required. Federal/state DEA registration required. Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications required. Current medical staff affiliation/credentialing status required. Basic computer knowledge required. At least one (1) year recent full time experience providing direct patient care in an outpatient or acute care medical setting. Location: Goldendale, population 3,500, is nestled among the rolling Simcoe Hills with gorgeous views of Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams. Hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, skiing, kayaking, and windsurfing are world-class with the Columbia River and untouched wilderness just minutes away.
