Family Medicine opening in Iowa * Located in *Mount Ayr, IA* - Des Moines, IA 90 miles * Full-time, permanent opening * Employed position * Traditional Family Practice with Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home * Must be board certified unless recently trained * Salary/Guarantee: $250,000 guaranteed for 3 year initial term contract * Production Bonus: $70/hour for covering the ED after 5pm and on weekends * Signing Bonus: Negotiable * Relocation: Paid $10,000-$15,000 * Student Loan Repayment: Negotiable * Malpractice: Paid * Other benefits: IPERS, short and long term disability, health, vision, dental, cell phone, 457b plan, life insurance, $5,000 CME allowance, 280 hours PTO based on 4 ten hour day work week = 7 weeks
