Family Medicine opening in Wisconsin - H1b eligible * Located in *Manitowoc, WI* - only 30 miles to Sheboygan! * Full-time, permanent opening * Hospital-employed * Joining a highly successful non-profit health system * Team consists of 3 MDs, 1 PA, 4 NPs (+1 APP in current recruitment) * Schedule: Monday - Friday (35 patient contact hours) * Clinic hours: 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday * Call: * 1 week every 10 weeks call rotation (and growing) * 7am on Monday to 7am on the following Monday * Does not occur during normal business hours M-F * Just phone call; nurse triage takes first call * The team structure involves working closely with 1-2 MA/LPNs for day- to-day workflow * There is support from a RN that provide triage support. * There is a focus on collaboration between the physicians & APPs to ensure that there is continuity of care for our patients * Patient volume 15/30 and 20/40 or straight 40s * Can do virtual visit blocks (4 hour blocks) either at home or in the office * Competitive compensation and benefits!
