Location: Victorville, CA Area
Position Details:
- Reason for Hiring: Expanding team
- Team Composition: 13 providers
- Schedule Options:
- 4-day/10-hour shifts
- 5-day/8-hour shifts
- Call: No call duty
- Compensation: $300K - $350K (based on experience)
- Bonus Structure: Potential for performance bonuses based on the size of the patient panel; larger panels may result in $80K+ bonuses
- Patient Demographics: Primarily HMO patients, some PPO and Medicare FFS; all ages
- EMR System: Nextgen
- Patient Volume:
- Average 20 patients/day for 10-hour shifts
- Average 16 patients/day for 8-hour shifts
- Relocation/Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable for suitable candidates, especially those willing to relocate to the area
