Practice/Organization Details:
• Independent physician group - You choose your desired schedule, template, patient panel, and more
• Join 18 primary care physicians and 7 APP's
• Outpatient only with group support for development of any niche interests
• Extremely flexible schedule options include a 3 or 4-day work week
• Turnkey opportunity due to community demand - booking out 1-month currently
• Named as "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee of $300,000 with the ability to move to production after year 1
• Shareholder status offered after year 1, resulting in lucrative annual incentive bonus
• Full benefits package offered, including sign-on bonus, education allowance, relocation allowance, insurance, 401k, retirement, and more
