- Residents - Welcome to Apply
- Schedule: M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Setting: Outpatient/ Clinic
- An average of 10-15 patients per day during a standard 8-hour day.
- Services available on-site depend on the clinic selected.
- No required procedures, open to what the physician would like to do, however, cannot do OB.
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- Cannot accept visa candidates
- Must be interested in Permanent placement (not accepting Locums)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $240K-260K (based on experience can go up to $300K annually) + productivity bonus (Can make $150-$170K annually if qualified) + Sign- on Bonus of $10K
- Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.

Submission Requirements
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active State License
- 3+ years of experience in FM or IM
- COVID Vaccination
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B?
