About the role:
- Full Time Family Medicine Physician to join an established team in Bay City.
- Schedule: Weekdays 8am - 5pm
- The state-of-the-art facility was designed with community and provider input to be a highly patent-focused healing environment.
- Outpatient primary care. Regular Day Shift Hours
- All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.
- Call 1:10 with nurse triage line support
Background:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
- Ability to hold a Michigan State Medical License
