Position Highlights:
• Physician-led organization allows you the autonomy to practice how you would like
• Outpatient focus with the option to include your interests including scopes and procedures
• Flexible 4-day work week with 8+ weeks of PTO allow for a great lifestyle
• IM physicians are encouraged to apply and work with a diverse, aging population
• 4-day work week with just 32 clinical hours per week plus 8 weeks PTO
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed base salary with earning potential of $450,000+
• $40,000+/year in retention bonus or student loan repayment
• $30,000 sign-in bonus, CME stipend, relocation, and residency stipend
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance plus a strong retirement program
