elaware – Primary Care Medicine
- My client is looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join their group of 5 MDS and 1 NP. They are hiring because of need.
- Call schedule - Telephone call only. During the week they take call for own patients – very infrequent. Then they do every sixth weekend for the group
- The age range for patients is 18+
- The base salary is $230k plus profit sharing and partnership in 3 years. It’s not uncommon for the other docs to bonus is excess of $75k every year for total compensation over $300k
- Cerner EMR

- They can consider J1 visa candidates through the Conrad 30 program
- Located in Southern Delaware – located only about 35 miles from the beaches of Delaware.
