Salary: $110K-$137K Based on Experience. $75K NHSC Loan Forgiveness. Open to a 4 Day Work Week. 403(b) with employer contribution. 15 days' vacation time, sick leave in addition to 11 paid holidays. Loan Reimbursement options through National Health Service Corps of America or Arizona Department Health and Human Services. Professional Licensure and DEA reimbursement. Employee $500.00 Medical Courtesy Discount. Relocation Bonus available. CME time available.
