* $225,000.00 per year, Exempt
* Incentive Bonus
* Medical Malpractice covered by employer.
* Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Life.
* Four (4) weeks/ 160 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off).
* One (1) week/ 40 hours PTO for CME.
* Sick time, 40 hours/per year
*Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (open to a 4 day work week as well)
*Outpatient Clinic Setting
* No call responsibilities
*No hospital privilege requirements.
*The position is open to rounding at designated post acute facilities if they’re interested.
