Seeking IM/FM physician to provide Family Medicine for a non-profit hospital (independent, 70 years old, very financially stable) in one of the fastest growing cities in the Midwest, just an hour from Twin Cities. You will join a multi-specialty team that is part of an established practice. This fast paced hospital is a level IV trauma facility with a 24-hour emergency room, two retail clinics and has an excellent relationship with the Mayo Clinic for level III and above trauma.
Supported by Hospitalists 24/7. Collaborative practice. MAT Clinic. Epic EMR. Community based clinic. 501c loan forgiveness qualification, CME, flexible spending, paid malpractice including tail, 30 days PTO, retirement, profit sharing and standard benefits are provided. Market based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU based production pay plan ($183,575-$305,000 dependent on FTE range of 0.5-1.0 FTE).
