- Malpractice including tail coverage.
- Competitive salary plus generous days off and benefits
- Bonuses for production and journals/dues/memberships.
- Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Call is 1:7 (phone call only)
- Average PPD 15-20
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- IN License, BLS, ACLS, EPIC EMR
- Faith based practice
