Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our primary care facility focuses on preventative and episodic medicine, providing a supportive environment with a team of experienced Family Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners. The practice is well-equipped with modern amenities, including 15 exam rooms and an on-site lab, allowing for efficient patient care. Enjoy a traditional outpatient setting without the need for rounding or nursing home visits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative and episodic medicine.
• Work collaboratively with a team of physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 18 patients per day.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for timely documentation and patient management.
• Participate in equitable call rotation (1:4) for phone consultations.
• Refer patients to in-network specialists as needed.
• Ensure high-quality patient care with access to ACO clinical support services.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (Required).
• Experience working with patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics and geriatrics (Required).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Pennsylvania medical license (or willingness to obtain) - Required.
• DEA Certification (or ability to obtain) - Required.
• Clean malpractice history and active medical license - Required.
