Job Responsibilities
Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
Preventive Care: Provide preventive healthcare services, administer vaccinations, and conduct screenings.
Chronic Disease Management: Manage patients with chronic conditions, collaborating with specialists.
Patient Education: Educate patients and families on lifestyle choices, nutrition, and preventive measures.
Routine Check-ups: Conduct routine physical exams and assess overall health.
Emergency and Urgent Care: Provide urgent care and respond to medical emergencies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate medical records and document patient care.
Collaboration and Referrals: Work with other healthcare professionals and refer patients to specialists as needed.
Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach and health education programs.
Qualifications
Completed residency in Family Medicine.
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, PEDS
CA medical license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented and committed to professional development.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
