FAMILY PRACTICE OUTPATIENT
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Hospital Employee
New Office Suite located at hospital
Patient type: Broad spectrum of family practice from children to geriatrics (no ob/gyn)
Five day work week
Expectation of 16 - 20 visits daily
No Call
Practice fully staffed will consist of 4 MD/DO’s, 2 FNP
Base Salary is $320k Plus a $25,000 Sign on Bonus, Incentives, Benefits & Malpractice & $15,000 Relocation
