Illinois Primary Care position available with quick access to Indianapolis and Chicago. Join a busy, established practice with two physicians and four advanced practitioners. This is a 174-bed comprehensive health care facility.
Flexible schedule and flexible hours.. Minimal call with the After-Hours Call Center taking first call.. This is an outpatient only position. In-patients are covered by our employed hospitalist group.. Physicians who plan to reside within the hospital County are eligible for a grant of up to $100,000. Generous paid time off from Day One!.
