Seeking a full-time OB/GYN in beautiful Northern California to join an established, collaborative Women's Health team. Enjoy a midwife-driven practice model with experienced OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse-Midwives, and Women's Health NPs, allowing physicians to focus on surgeries, C-sections, and high-risk deliveries. Just over an hour from the coast, surrounded by wine country and scenic Lake Mendocino. Excellent compensation and quality of life!
$550K between guaranteed salary and call pay. Signing and Retention Bonus of up to $100k. 1:4 Call, which is second layer, after midwives who are onsite at the hospital 24/7. The hospital has 800 births per year, 90% of the babies born in the county. The practice encompasses all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology care. The group uses a midwife model, so the low risk deliveries are done by them, with the OB/GYN consulting and then handling the gyn surgeries, c-sections and high-risk deliveries. collaborative practice looking for a physician to support our team which includes 4 full-time, experienced OB/GYNs and a part-time OB/GYN. The Care for Her team also includes eight Certified Nurse Midwives, Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, Perinatal Educators, Lactation Consultants, and a dedicated Behavioral Health Counselor. Excellent HPSA scores and many loan repayment options. Opportunity to train residents if desired. Multi-Specialty Group Employee . Moving expenses reimbursed.
