Experience in one of the following is highly desired: Health Risk Assessment experience, House call Experience, Geriatric, Nursing Home, Long Term care experience, or EMR Experience. The desired candidate will be licensed in Michigan. Nurse Practitioner Or, Doctor of Nurse Practitioner (NP, DNP) Board Certified in Adult Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Care.
