- Will cover two clinic locations within 3 miles of each other
Schedule
- M-F shifts 8-5, one hour for lunch
Clinical Details
- 18+
- Average patients per day: 18
- Dress Code - Professional wear
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Medicine
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Medical Examiners and Board certified in a specialty field of medicine
- Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions
- A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in family practice care setting
