Family Medicine Physician – Community Health Centers
Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area
Join a physician-led practice run by physicians for physicians in the dynamic greater Phoenix metro area. We are seeking mission-driven, full-spectrum Family Medicine physicians (MD or DO) who are Board Certified or Board Eligible and passionate about caring for underserved populations and whole-family care.
This role is based in outpatient community health centers serving a safety-net population and offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive family medicine while contributing to education and community service.
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient practice with minimal call
- Full-scope Family Medicine in community-based health centers
- Strong referral network to a 450-bed hospital with Level I Trauma and Burn Center

Loan Repayment & Eligibility
- Sites qualify for Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Programs (HPSA score: 21)
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $239,000 – $253,500 (based on experience and role)
