- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine physician
- Must be Family Medicine residency trained
- Permanent job opening
- FQHC Setting
- Clinical Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Extended clinical hours on Wednesdays – clinic is open until 7:00 pm
- Clinical Duties: Provide quality care to patients, provide and manage comprehensive medical care, monitor patients conditions and progress, refer patients to medical specialist, prescribe medication, immunize patients, preform diagnostic test and procedures, maintain and complete patients health records

- Organization Information:
- Base Salary: $200 - $260K
- 90 % paid for Medical Dental and Vision Insurance
- Paid $30,000 of life insurance
