We are looking for a Family Practice or Internal medicine Physician to join our private practice in Suwanee, GA. Shape your future at our Medical Practice- where excellence in Primary Care meets work life harmony. We offer a wonderful work life balance that is structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, can be flexible if necessary. No weekend or holiday hours! Ideally, we are seeking a physician for long term employment, who has excellent bedside manners, and practices with flexibility and compassion. We will consider a physician looking for part time work. Our practice is dedicated to treating adult patients, with a focus on both chronic and acute illnesses.

Responsibilities:
- Clinical Focus: We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care.
- Technological Integration: We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.
- Coding & Billing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.
- BCBE Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
- Medical license to practice in GA
- Part time, Full time, or reduced work hours
- 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (can be flexible)
- Weekends & Major Holidays: office is closed
- Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
- On Call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.
- $250k to start for experienced physicians
- Up to $350k-$400k (base salary and productivity bonus)
- Bonus: Productivity bonus based on total physician collections.
