Work Dates Needed: ASAP - on going
Preferred Schedule:
Monday 8 am to 12 pm
Wednesday 1 pm to 5 pm
Thursday 8 am to 5 pm (this will change from 10 am to 7 pm- date TBD)
Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Worksite Setting: outpatient. Family practice of all ages but also needs to see some Women's health concerns, family planning, post partum family planning, IUD. This position will be in primary care with a continuity panel of patients including pediatrics, adult medicine and women’s health AND ambulatory OB including prenatal and postpartum care. Ambulatory OB is supported by board certified OB-Gyn staff in clinic
Scope of Work: 16 -20 patients a day
Req: CA license, DEA, COVID shot, BLS must be BE or BC & NO background or MP issues.
EMR: Epic
