- Schedule: M-F 40 hour work week 4- 8 hours days, 1- 4 hour day

- Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic.
- Patient Mix: Adults age 18 and up. Wide range of comorbidities DM/HTN/CHF illness/injury etc.
Additional Details:
- Other Support Staff: One nurse/ 2 front desk/ in the process of hiring a MA
- Procedures: Chronic and acute follow ups, physicals, TOCs, Pre ops. Appointments range in length 15/30 minute appointment types. Occasional 45 minutes.
- Patient Census: 18-20
