**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000, more for relocation
- Additional year one guarantee incentive: $18,000.00 + Year 2 and beyond, eligible for incentive up to 14% of annual median compensation PLUS potential for production.
- The Physician operates in a team with other clinic healthcare providers and support staff.
