We have an opportunity for a Telehealth
Geriatric Fellowship Trained Family Medicine Physician in Vancouver, WA. Your primary role is to provide comprehensive
medical care and support to elderly patients through telemedicine platforms.
You will leverage your expertise in geriatric medicine acquired through
fellowship training to assess, diagnose, manage, and coordinate treatment plans
for a wide range of geriatric conditions and complex medical needs. Your
responsibilities include conducting virtual patient consultations, performing
geriatric assessments, prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and
collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
Additionally, you will offer guidance and support to patients and their
families, promoting healthy aging and enhancing the quality of life for older
adults through telehealth services.

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Completion of a fellowship program in Geriatric Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in Washington.
- Proficiency in telemedicine platforms and technologies for conducting remote patient consultations.
- Strong clinical skills in geriatric assessment, management of complex medical conditions, and medication management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with elderly patients, families, and healthcare colleagues through virtual channels.
- Commitment to staying updated with advancements in geriatric medicine, telemedicine, and healthcare technology.
