A Wisconsin critical access hospital is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare to their friendly, close-knit, and growing community.
Position Highlights:
•Long-tenured team of physicians looking to add to their team due to retirement after 30+ years
•Maintain ER and inpatient skill set with a low patient census
•Incredible 4 day work week for great work/life balance
•Practice in a brand new beautiful facility - state-of-the-art clinic and hospital
Compensation and Benefits
•$300,000 salary guaranteed with additional productivity earning potential
•$100,000 sign-on
•$70,000 in additional incentives including student loan repayment and relocation assistance
•Additional benefits of PTO, CME stipend, malpractice coverage, retirement matching
•J1 and H1b eligible
