Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing resources over several Clinic sites across a wide geographic region. Serves as a patient advocate as well as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes and awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the Mission and Values of Centura Health. The incumbent works collaboratively with all executives to achieve goals and objectives. The individual serving in this role has full authority and accountability for the day to day operations of the assigned clinics. This position requires the skills and abilities to build collaborative relationships with physicians and other members of the management team to fulfill his/her accountabilities. In addition, the incumbent serves as the liaison with each service line. This position works collaboratively with medical staff, community leaders, agencies and payors to carry out the goals and objectives outlined in the strategic plan. A key role of this position is to build strong relationships with physicians and employees to achieve high levels of patient and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • 5 years of progressive healthcare management experience.
  • Experience working in a multi-specialty clinic environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge/application of systems framework, excellent strategic thinking skills, demonstrated resource, management, and stewardship skills, strong team orientation, good understanding of total quality management concepts, strong customer focus, demonstrated ability to lead/implement change activities, demonstrated skills in influencing through relationships, excellent analytical thinking skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or equivalent - REQUIRED.
  • Master's degree - strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
