Primary Care Physician/Family Practice – Lakewood, Washington (Perm Position)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician/Family Practice provider to join a well-established, community-based independent physician organization in Lakewood, Washington. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including preventative, acute, and chronic disease management.
- Manage an outpatient patient panel with approximately 32 scheduled visits per day.
- Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and health assessments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
- Take on a rotating call schedule, with a minimal call volume, including nightly call and weekend rotations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
Qualifications:
- Active or eligible for a Washington State medical license.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Prior experience in primary care is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $230,000 guaranteed for the first year.
- Opportunity to earn over $300,000 annually through production bonuses.

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday with flexible hours, working either four or five days per week.
