A Critical Access Hospital in west Texas is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their team of 2 Family Medicine physicians and 4 APPs.
Opportunity:
• Maintain ER and inpatient skill set with a low patient census
• 7-on/7-off block schedule
• See 7-10 patients per day in the clinic
• Leadership opportunity for qualified candidate
Compensation and Benefits:
• $350,000 never ending salary guarantee
• $50,000 sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance
• 180% retirement match
• Student loan assistance available
