A Critical Access Hospital in west Texas is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their team of 1 Family Medicine physician and 4 APPs.
Opportunity:
• Maintain ER and inpatient skill set with a low patient census
• Flexible 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off block schedule
• Clinic is Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Take 7 days of call per month from home
• See up to 10 patients per day in the clinic
• Practice in a brand new beautiful facility - state-of-the-art clinic and hospital
• Leadership opportunity for qualified candidate
Compensation and Benefits:
• $350,000 never ending salary guarantee
• $60,000 recruitment package
• Full benefits including 100% health coverage, dental vision, TCDRS retirement plan with 180% match, CME, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and paid time off.
