Adult Primary Care
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Location: Hermiston, OR
Duration: April – Ongoing (potential for 2nd provider starting in August due)
Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month (FTE is preferred)
Shift: Monday – Friday 7:30a- 5p (3-5 days per week)
Call: no call
Patient volume: 15-20 in clinic (~2 patients per hour)
Scope: Outpatient Adult Medicine
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: Big Critical Access – level 3 trauma – Outpatient clinic
Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible with Oregon license
