Client seeks Physician for May 1, 2, & 3, June 4 & 25, and July 16 at their Corporate Health clinic in Decatur, AL. Provider will see ages 6+ for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are 2:30pm-7:00pm on May 1, 9:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break on May 2, and 8:00am-1:00pm on May 3, and 7:00am-3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break on June 4 & 25 and July 16. Providers must have 2+ years of experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
