Position:

• Reason for need: Retirement / Illness in the practice

• Support Staff: 4 APPs

• Mixture of Inpatient / Outpatient

• ED (emergency department) responsibilities

• 4-4.5 day work week

• 1:5 weekend call - Weeknight 1st call covered by APPs, 2nd call covered by MD/DO

• Very rarely will the MD/DO receive any calls from APPs when on call, but if you do its phone call only

• Roughly 15 patients per day +/-


Financials:

• With retention payment it is right around $262,500 base salary plus a production incentive

• $12,000 moving expenses

• $150,000 sign on bonus/CNL (could be more, but would like to start with this figure)

• $5,000 CME (increases every 5 years – maxes out at $7500)

• Retention payment 5% of base salary capped out at $15,000
