We are looking for a dedicated Physician to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare to our patients. What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate proactive care plans for patients with chronic conditions, utilizing effective diagnostic procedures and therapies.
  • Identify and implement wellness and preventive services for clinical patients to optimize their health outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care and effective patient management.
  • Educate patients about their diagnosis, treatment options, preventive care, and overall health maintenance.
  • Utilize infection control measures and adhere to universal precautions to ensure patient safety.
  • Supervise and support advance practice nurses, providing consultation and prescription signatures when needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance and Total Quality Management (TQM) activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of a residency program
  • Board certification, DEA certification, and Indiana State Medical License
  • CPR certification and ongoing continuing medical education
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and basic office equipment
