Our client in Rensselaer County, NY is in need of a perm Family Medicine Physician to provide a full range of health care services for the entire family!

Job Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
• Dates of coverage: May - August 2024
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17: well-child visits (routine, school, sports, and camp physicals); immunizations; adolescent health; sick visits by appointment; ADHD care; and hospital / ER follow up
• Adult medicine services for established patients include routine care for illness, injury, and chronic medical conditions; preventive health and wellness screenings; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; routine physicals (including employment, insurance, and school physicals); and sick visits by appointment
  
• EMR: EPIC
  

Job Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
• NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• DEA (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
• Strong desire to work with refugee population - HIGHLY PREFERRED
