- Dates: May 21st-Ongoing. (13 week assignment with option)
- Shift & Call Details: 8a-4:30p (patient care) - 2 hours for documentation (4:30-6:30) no call
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
- Settings: Outpatient
- Patient Volume: 16-20
- Required Procedures: Bread and Butter FM
- APP Support/Supervision: None, 2 IM, 2 FM, 5-6 APP’s
- EMR: Epic
- Client Requirements: Must have Active CA License & FT Availability
- Family Medicine (will take IM who is able to see kids 12+)
