Job Description & Responsibilities
- Sidney Health Center is a (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication, and patient involvement
- Traditional Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Opportunity for 4/10 hour shifts, 7 AM – 5 PM
- No OB
- A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients
- Integrated addiction care with large supportive network of MOUD clinicians throughout our clinics.
- Opportunities for teaching including collaboration with APCs on site and Columbia University Medical students
- School-based health coverage for pediatric patients
- Full-spectrum case mix and diverse patient population

- Salary Range: $234,321 - $270,325. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
