- Seeking an FP/IM with addiction experience provider
- Work Dates Needed: 3 Month Assignment w/ possible extension.
- Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - Adult
- Scope of Work: We’re seeking an addiction provider who can see 14 patients per day with an 8am-5pm schedule. Need to have addiction experience It’s important to understand complex care for patients with multiple chronic medical illnesses and behavioral health concerns.
