Locums – Santa Cruz, California, Family Medicine Openings
- Clinical Role:

- Full time (5 days) or part time (3 days week) options available
- Length of need: 6 months to a year
- 2 Providers Requested
- Shift times: Weekdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm w/ 1 hr for lunch
- Frequency: Monday – Friday, every week
- No Call
- Setting: Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- FTE: 1.0
- # Providers Needed: 1
- Duties: Typical IM /adult patient clinic population average age 70. About half male/female with multiple comorbidities, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, chf, etc
- No required procedures
- EMR: Cerner
- Patients per Day: Other providers seeing 12-18 a day depending upon complexity and includes new patients
- Support Staff: MA's, MOR's, APP (one in clinic) and RN assigned to clinic
- Reason for Coverage: Provider Retiring
- Will consider BC in FM must have experience in IM & FM
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
- Geriatrics a plus
- Active CA License
- Requirements/Fellowship – N/A
- BLS Required
