A Family Medicine Practice located ~25 minutes from Sacramento is looking for an FM/PC Physician for full time, locum coverage starting as soon as credentialed, for 6-12 months. Providers with consistent part-time availability should also apply!

Details:
  • Target Start: As soon as credentialed / Targeting June or July start (estimated 3 month credentialing).
  • Duration of need: 6-12 months.
  • Setting: 100% Outpatient. Family Medicine Practice.
  • Routine Family Medicine clinical procedures (based on physician's skill set).
  • Provide care to acute visits as well as chronic pain management.
  • Must be able to see adults.
  • Shift hours: Full time in clinic. 8a-5p. Mon-Fri.
  • No required procedures.
  • Support Staff: MA to room patients. RN or LVN available for support as well.
  • 100% Outpatient.
  • Avg # of patients/day: 16-20.
  • EMR: Cerner.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine is preferred.
