Family Medicine Openings in Findlay, Ohio 45 miles from Toledo, OH Details:
- Schedule: Hospitalist scheduling model for outpatient family medicine in seven area locations. Schedule Options: 1) Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, 4hr Sat) 2) 12-10hr Days/28-Day Block (Wed-Fri, 3 days on/2 off, Mon-Wed, 3 days on/6 off)
- Salary: $250,000 to $350,000 / Year

- Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians
- Option of extended morning or evening hours
- 100% outpatient, no hospital call, no more than light 1:3 practice call
- 24-hour in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist services
- Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
- Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer
