We are working with Dignity Health at Solano Street Medical Clinic to help fulfill their need for a Primary Care locums provider. Primary Care
• Seeking ongoing, full-time coverage (6 months) beginning July 1
• Monday – Friday, 7:30a – 5:30p; provider will work 4 days per week
• Average 18-23 patients per day
• Will see all ages; primarily adults
• Case load includes standard primary care and occasional walk-in acute care
• Joint injections and trigger points preferred
• Support staff includes MA and Medical Director
• Cerner EMR
• $150/hr
