Amazing healthcare opportunity for a board-eligible/board certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our practice in Abilene, TX.


Location. :23119 West Interstate 10, Suite 9, San Antonio, TX 78257


Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Role Description:

Our Practice is located in San Antonio, TX and we are offering the ideal mix of urban and suburban living and with easy access to all the amenities of downtown San Antonio. We provide the full scope of evidence based primary care to patients of all ages. You would have the opportunity to work with two (2) well respected physicians,three (3) advanced practitioners and a tenured support staff. We offer a great learning environment and a team that values and respects each other. We treat our patients and colleagues like family.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients in outpatient setting
  • Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
  • Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
  • Maintain patient electronic medical record data
  • Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team

Required Qualifications:

  • Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
  • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or soon to be Board Eligible)
  • Active, non-probationary, unrestricted state medical license (or eligible)
  • Active DEA license
  • US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes
  • Experience in outpatient primary care settings
  • Bilingual proficiency where applicable
