A facility in Puyallup, WA needs Family Medicine coverage asap starting asap for 3 months or more, Mon - Fri 8a-5p, all ages. Do you have any availability to help out? Let me know either way!
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed - 3 months
- Shift Details: 8a-5p, Monday-Friday
- Support Staff: medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, pediatrician
- Patients per day: up to 21 patients, should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced
- Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics
- Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center
- Requirements: BC or BE, Active WA license, Active WA DEA, BLS, ACLS, clean background, Must be covid and flu vaccinated
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
