- Monday-Friday - 8 am - 5 pm
- Outpatient ambulatory setting
- Patient Volume: 21 patients.
- Medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician.
- EMR: EPIC
- BLS, ACLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
