**Candidate Qualifications:** _x000D_

- Completion of an ACGME/AOA-certified Family Medicine residency program and board certification/eligibility required. _x000D_
- An unrestricted NC medical license and clean background are essential. _x000D_
- At least two years of outpatient clinical experience preferred. _x000D_
