- Guaranteed Salary based on experience for this clinical and leadership role
- $100,000 recruitment bonus through partnership if they come from outside partnerships current county range
- No weekends, no on-call
- Lodge transitional accommodations if needed for 6 months
- CME: $5,000 for 8 days
- PTO: 168 hours a year + 8 Paid Holiday and 24 hours of Sick Time
- Primary Care Physician and Clinic Medical Director
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with no on-call
- Typical Outpatient Bread and Butter Cases
- No work RVU production pressure
- Clinical Experienced Candidates with some Leadership Experience
- Medical Degree, MD or DO with appropriate Board Certification
- Obtain a Valid California medical license with no restrictions
- Location is less than 3 hours north from Reno, Nevada or 1 hour from Redding, California!
